Refund and Return Policy

At Sanford, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged after receipt
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window from the delivery date
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Sale or final clearance items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sandford.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, manufacturing defect).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its product description, please contact us at support@sandford.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
