Shipping Policy

At Sandford, we aim to deliver your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping practices.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide (with the exceptions noted below). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather disruptions, carrier delays).

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Brazil
  • Italy
  • France

Orders placed with a delivery address in these countries will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@sandford.com. We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner and do our best to resolve the situation promptly. Please allow up to 20 business days from the dispatch date before reporting an order as lost, as delays can occasionally occur during customs or peak periods.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@sandford.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
